QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY, ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY, POLICIES FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH AT THE WORKPLACE, FIRE PREVENTION

The raison d'etre and mission statement of our company is quality improvement:
- with respect to the planning and implementation of commercial construction projects
- with respect to the provision of property management services
- in energy audits and energy passport certification for buildings

We strive towards a continuous improvement of the way in which we satisfy our customers' needs, on a professional basis and with a view to assisting them in reaching their goals in the most efficient manner. All our customer relations are determined by a time-tested integrated management system (IMS), consisting of binding documents that govern all activities with impact on customer satisfaction. We do everything in our power to be a reliable partner to our clients, who pursue their own legitimate business goals.

We identify with the mission statement of our parent company:

We have the necessary skills and expertise to provide this broad range of services in a qualified manner - services that investors absolutely need to successfully implement their investment plans.

Compliance with all current statutory and other requirements especially in connection with the quality of services, the protection of the environment, and safety and health protection at the work place are an integral part of all our activities - whereas we have voluntarily undertaken to go beyond the legal requirements in our commitment. Our company promotes the principle of open dialogue and cooperation with all involved parties.

We are committed to the continued improvement of management, performance, and efficiency of IMS, i.e., in particular:
- monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the management system as a whole
- increased involvement, motivation, and awareness, and development of skills on the part of our employees, with a focus on the quality of services that are provided
- establishment of a register of ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS
- prevention of harm to the natural environment
- establishment of a register of RISKS in the areas of work safety, health, and fire prevention
- prevention of accidents and injuries
- personal responsibility; incorporation of health and safety concerns in our daily conduct
