A new EU directive on the energy performance of buildings is still a hot topic

According to the report by the agency Jones Lang LaSalle, the real estate market is confronted with a great challenge – the international system for assessment of energy performance of buildings – and the owners and property investors face many tasks resulting from the implementation of the EU directive on energy performance of buildings in 2009.
