Energy efficiency in high-rise buildings

In accordance with Act No. 177/2006 Coll., amending Act No. 406/2000 Coll., since 1 January 2009 all new buildings over 50 m2 constructed in the Czech Republic must have a certificate of energy efficiency – a so-called energy certificate.
