Development of a vast area of “Rohanský Ostrov” east of the Negreli railway bridge in Prague 8. The project involves gradual development of an office, retail and residential complex along Vltava river next to the city centre. The second phase comprises architecturally attractive office building of a high accommodation standard – The Nile House.
Nile House is a nobly drawn multifunctional building fulfilling mainly administrative function, with offices for rent and retail areas.
The building has 6 overground, 1 recessed, and 2 underground floors. On the groundfloor there are stores, services and partly offices too, in the underground parking area there is technical equipment and installations to the building.
On other overground floors there are offices.
