CITY TOWER
Client: SPV TOWER s.r.o. (ECM Group)
With its 27 aboveground levels and 3 underground levels City Tower is the tallest building in the Czech Republic. The new building was developed thanks to collaboration with well renowned architect Richard Meier. The complex is based on the former building of the Czechoslovak Broadcasting and shall undergo a complex refurbishment. The project of a high design and technology standard comprises approximately 40.700 m2 of office area. There is also a cafateria for the tenants designed.
