New building Retail Park Ostrava - with gross letable area 10. 000 m2 for retail units is designed in "U"-shape along Várenská street, situated between the shopping centre FUTURUM and the sporting area TJ Mittal Ostrava. The project design is to evoke a peaceful image of retail parks. Lay-out of the retail units with basic area ca. 360 - 2500 m2. The facility includes also parking area with 350 parking places, pathways and greenery. There will be supply route built around the rear part of the object, with parking places for personnel and supply service.
