The facility is a part of the business and office park BB Centrum located in Prague 4 between the streets Michelská, Baarova and next to D1 Motorway. The object is designed as an office building with additional public spaces and retail area. For the offices there is also a catering with its capacity 1800 meals/day. The Client intends to build up the headquarters of the company within the area. The complex composes of two parts - 3 underground levels each and 8 and 10 above-ground levels. There are 505 parking places in the underground, the office area comprises approx. 25.000 m2.
