AIG LINCOLN LOGISTICS PARK – I. PHASE
Client: Rheinhyp Rheinische Hypothekenbank AG
The development of the industrial park is located Norh of Bratislava in Lozorno and serves as the logistic centre for suppliers of Volkswagen Slovakia.
The project is built in two phases. The first construction phase includes completion of two storage halls including office areas, external parking, infrastructure and service buildings (gate house, sprinkler room and 22 kV switch room).
