The subject of this report is to prove realization possibilities of the technical solution and of the investment costs of the project indicated by the investor and to prove the objectivity and justification of the investment costs used until now.

To confirm Contracts of the main suppliers from the aspect of the comfomity with the common practice, mainly to prove if (i) the subject Contracts contain also articles commonly used in Contracts with similar purpose (invoicing, conditions for work performance and taking over of the supplies and equipment, guarantees and guarantee periods, Contractual penalties and compensation of damages, responsibility, defects, bank guarantees etc.) (ii) rights and obligations of the Contracting parties correspond to the basic commercial principles and business customs in similar cases, with regards to the extent of the investment, requested and claimed.

The standpoint of an independent technical consultant related to the completed project, mainly statement on the current status, if the investment was realized in accordance with the approved project documentation and if the project shows neccessary parameters with respect to its functionality and quality.
