This investment project aims at the creation of a luxurious hotel complex that includes parking lots, roof gardens, a two-level shopping gallery, administrative and residential space.
This is achieved by refurbishing a historical building on Na Florenci St., performing structural adjustments to a house from the 1930s on Na Poøíèí St. (which is under heritage protection as a historical monument), and building a new eight-floor building in the inner courtyard that connects the two existing structures.
